Strategic Pricing Analyst – Elevate Patient Impact Through Smart Financial Strategy
Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for helping mission-driven teams win in competitive markets? We’re looking for a Strategic Pricing Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
In this role, you’ll work closely with sales leadership, contracting, and finance to deliver accurate, timely, and strategic pricing support. Your work will directly influence commercial decisions and drive smarter pricing strategies in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with sales teams and contract administrators to respond to pricing requests and bids (RFPs)
Review and validate pricing data for proposals and agreements
Coordinate contract execution and ensure pricing accuracy in the ERP system
Provide detailed pricing and account analysis to support field teams and senior leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and optimize performance
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that increase efficiency and insight
Present pricing strategies and findings in a clear, confident, and actionable way
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years in pricing, financial analysis, sales ops, or a similar role; experience in medical devices is a plus
Advanced Excel skills; exposure to SQL, Power BI, R, or Python is highly desirable
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail, professional presence, and ability to work across functions
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
