Job Title: Receptionist (Level 4)

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact in a dynamic office environment. This individual will be responsible for welcoming guests, coordinating front-desk operations, and supporting general administrative needs with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and direct all visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line console or switchboard.

Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries via courier services.

Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue badges for employees, guests, and vendors.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and shared spaces.

Schedule and prepare boardrooms, including audio/visual equipment coordination.

Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, binding materials, and preparing mailers.
Daily Duties Include

Creating a welcoming environment for employees and guests by anticipating needs and assisting with arrivals and office orientation.

Acting as a point of information for onsite services, facilities, and navigation.

Ensuring reception areas reflect high standards of cleanliness and branding.

Executing the badge issuance process for all categories of visitors and staff.

Work Schedule
This is an on-call position designed to cover staff absences due to call-outs, late arrivals, or early departures. The temp will also receive advance notice for shifts needed during scheduled PTO coverage.
