Overview:
Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established and stable client to hire a Sales Administrator. This role supports the sales team by managing and tracking manufacturing quotes, following up on project statuses, and ensuring accurate reporting. It’s a great fit for someone with experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service who enjoys detail-oriented work in a supportive environment-with or without a long-term desire to grow.
This is an exciting temp-to-hire role that is hybrid in Saint Louis Park, MN.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and enter manufacturing price quotes into the internal database

Follow up on quote and project statuses with internal teams and clients

Maintain organized tracking of all quotes and ongoing projects

Communicate via phone (40%) and email (60%) to gather updates and ensure data accuracy

Generate and analyze reports using Salesforce to support the sales team

Serve as a key liaison between sales, operations, and customer contacts
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Background in sales administration, inside sales, sales support, or customer service

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus

Ability to manage follow-ups and timelines with minimal oversight

Interest in a stable, consistent role; growth is available as a key team member is retiring, but long-term advancement is not required
