Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a contract position located in Kennesaw, GA. The position involves providing face-to-face support for customers, assisting with account services, and offering backup support to the broader Customer Service Operations team. This is an onsite opportunity with structured hours from Tuesday through Saturday.

Daily Duties:
* Deliver exceptional customer service in face-to-face interactions.
* Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor while communicating with customers and agency personnel.
* Resolve customer issues in a timely manner by collaborating with team members as needed.
* Support back office operations by performing non-phone responsibilities as assigned.
* Ensure all services are completed in accordance with established procedures and customer satisfaction standards.
* Adhere to punctuality and performance guidelines, with potential to earn up to $200/month in performance bonuses based on a monthly scorecard.

Ideal candidate:
* Must be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
* Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience.
* Must live in or near Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock, or Marietta.
* Must be able to attend a paid, three-week training program in downtown Atlanta.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn agency-specific systems.

* Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a fast-paced public-facing environment.

Schedule & Compensation:
* Work Hours: Tuesday – Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
* Pay Rate: $15/hour plus monthly performance bonus (up to $200/month)
* Performance bonus eligibility begins after training and is applied in the month following completion
* Contract assignment with no specified end date
