A manufacturing company in Glenview is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to join their team. This could be a potential full-time role. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and sales reps- answering questions, resolving issues, entering quotes, and making every experience a positive one. Primary Responsibilities
- Process requests from Inside Sales Accounts
- Process quotes when needed
- Customer support / follow up
- Work with internal stakeholders to maximize Customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and through regular contact and timely follow-up.
- Outbound calling to current and prospective customers to build sales pipeline and close new business.
- Schedule Quarterly Reviews with top Customers
- Track monthly, quarterly & yearly revenues
- Interact with Sales team on basic field needs
- Assist customer service team when needed
- Fill out or assist with customer required forms for company details (quality, regulatory other)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 2+ years customer service and/or inside sales experience in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Financial & Business acumen
- Knowledge of business-to-business sales process and procedures
- Work independently with limited direction
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Familiarity with sales tool technology such as CRM, Cognos and business software
