Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – Onsite at client headquarters in Golden Valley, MN 3-5 days/week (based on business needs)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Core Hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour
Duration: July 2025 – September 2025
Position Summary:
Beacon Hill’s client, headquartered in Golden Valley, MN, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR department. This role is critical in managing the logistics of the external hiring process, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding. The HR Coordinator will collaborate closely with recruiters, human resources business partners, and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating virtual and onsite interviews, including candidate travel arrangements.

Communicate effectively with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.

Manage interview day logistics to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.

Track and maintain candidate data using a web-based applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and internal tools.

Support recruiters and hiring managers in executing hiring strategies and interview scheduling.

Assist in managing onboarding tasks for new hires.
Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and willingness to learn new software

Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to frequent interruptions

Comfortable interacting with candidates, internal teams, and vendors at all levels

Discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and team structures
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in onboarding coordination or HR support

Experience with interview scheduling and candidate communications

Customer service experience

Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as iCIMS or Workday
