Beacon Hill Associates is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract position located in Atlanta, GA. This role supports executive leadership and provides general office operations for the global headquarters of a prestigious business consulting and advisory firm. The position involves managing executive calendars and expenses, coordinating internal operations, and ensuring smooth daily functioning of the office. This is an onsite opportunity, Monday-Thursday in office, with a half-day in-office Friday and on-call availability from 1 PM-5 PM (fully paid).

Daily Duties:
* Provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO/COO, President, and several Managing Directors (including travel arrangements, calendar management, timekeeping, and expense reports).
* Organize internal meetings and manage appointments for the Atlanta office.
* Greet visitors and manage building access, parking validations, and office hospitality.
* Handle inbound mail and answer the mainline phone with professional direction.
* Order and maintain office supplies and kitchen inventory.
* Coordinate team-building and office events, including vendor management and logistics.
* Support Corporate IT with hardware shipments and office tech coordination.
* Collaborate with HR for new employee onboarding and office setup (laptops, access, etc.).
* Provide marketing and event shipping support.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and office security protocols.
* Support regional offices (Boston, Philadelphia, Houston) as needed.
* Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate:
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office management experience.
* Experience in a small-to-mid-sized global professional services firm preferred.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
* Friendly, bubbly personality with strong interpersonal skills; must be professional, polished, and people-oriented.
* Previous customer service or public-facing experience is a plus.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and other conferencing platforms.
* Experience with Workday Expenses module is a strong plus.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
* Able to work independently, solve problems, and adapt quickly to changes.

Schedule & Compensation:
* Work Hours: Monday – Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM); Friday in-office half-day with on-call availability from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (paid for full day)
* Assignment: 4-week contract with strong potential for full-time hire
* Start Date: Week of the 30th
* Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (details upon request)
