Job Title: Life Insurance Contract Processor (Contract – Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid (1 day/week onsite in St. Paul)
Overview:
Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading insurance services client to hire a Life Insurance Contract Processor. This role is for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to start or grow their career in the insurance or financial services sector. In this role, you’ll support the servicing of life insurance contracts by reviewing, processing, and ensuring the accuracy of client requests.
This is an exciting contract opportunity that has potential for permanent hire that is hybrid, requiring one day a week onsite in St. Paul.
Key Responsibilities:

Process administrative changes on life insurance contracts, including ownership transfers, name changes, contract assignments, and beneficiary updates.

Enter service code changes accurately into the system.

Communicate with policyholders and internal stakeholders via phone and written correspondence to address servicing needs.

Draft clear, typo-free letters and documentation.

Monitor and manage assigned work queues and reports to ensure timely processing and closure of service items.

Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability.
