The System Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the company’s computer network and infrastructure. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, servers, desktops/laptops, software, and communication links. The person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.
Required Skills:
Must have at least 4 years experience working as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer including performing server builds, upgrades, tuning and troubleshooting production issues
Experience supporting and working with Microsoft Office, Windows Servers, VMWare, Office365 Admin Portal, Microsoft Active Directory (ADUC, GPOs, DFS replication, etc.)
Experience with SCCM
Strong organization and communication skills
Works well in dynamic environment, ability to handle pressured situations and respond/adapt to new demands and changing priorities
Ability to take on new tasks and learn new technologies in a fast-paced work environment
Should have positive, constructive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and other responsibilities
Be able to work with people with a variety of different technical skill levels
Desired Skills:
Microsoft certified professional a plus
Power Shell Scripting skills
