A law firm specializing in Insurance Defense Litigation is seeking a Records Clerk to join their team. The law firm is located in Downtown Miami. This is a fully in office role and firm is offering competitive pay, health insurance, parking and more.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain medical records via Subpoena
- Follow up and track subpoena responses
- E-filing
- Light typing
- Some additional clerical tasks, as needed
Requirements:
- Some law firm experience is required
- Detailed-oriented and excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual, preferred
- Ability to work in office, Monday thru Friday
