Temporary Office Experience Assistant – Through middle of August 2025, possibility to extend
Location: On-site | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Dress Code: Business / Smart Casual (comfortable shoes recommended)
Parking is covered for 2 days a week and this location is easily accessible by public transit.
Salary: $20-$25 per hour depending on previous exp.

We’re looking for a reliable Office Experience Assistant to help keep our client’s office running smoothly and our team supported throughout the day. This is a full time onsite position in Seattle, WA near the Seattle Art Museum.
Key Responsibilities:

Keep refrigerators and snack areas stocked and tidy

Clean and maintain coffee machines for daily use

Load and unload dishwashers to ensure clean dishware

Reset desks and meeting rooms to maintain a neat environment

Replenish office supplies and restroom amenities regularly

Unbox deliveries and organize supplies in storage areas

Set up and clean up catering for meetings and office events

Assist with printing and document preparation as needed

Occasionally cover the front desk at the concierge area

Help prepare and support in-office events and gatherings

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Comfort with light physical work (e.g., lifting boxes, restocking)

Friendly, professional demeanor for occasional front desk support
