My Client, a NYC based privately owned Investment company that develops, owns, and manages a portfolio of real estate assets is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join the team. You will work on an intimate team alongside an Assistant Controller, a Senior Accountant and the Director of Accounting. In this role you will reconcile cash, maintain workpapers, calculate monthly management fees, and prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Additionally you will support the Treasury management team, work with the outside audit and tax firm, and interact with the real estate accountants and property managers. A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Accounting required as well as an ability to work on a team while being successful working independently. They are on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office (M, W,T) and benefits are fully paid for by employer for both single and family coverage as well. Targeting up to $110k in base salary as well as a discretionary bonus potential.
