Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to support client acquisition, strengthen referral relationships, and enhance brand visibility across digital and in-person channels. This role involves executing multi-channel marketing initiatives, managing back-end marketing systems, creating content, supporting events, and monitoring vendors to ensure brand consistency and impact.
This is a direct hire role that is onsite in Little Canada, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Systems & Client Engagement

Manage back-end marketing systems to deliver excellent client service and maintain brand awareness.

Conduct CARE (Client Appreciation and Referral Engagement) outreach to existing and former clients.

Gather and organize client testimonials to support marketing initiatives.
2. Referral Relationship Management
-
Maintain and enhance relationships with referral partners, increasing lead flow and conversion.

Use CRM to track referral data and schedule follow-ups.

Send personalized thank-you notes and schedule meetings with new potential referral partners.

Track and manage outgoing referrals across key practice areas.
3. Marketing Materials & Client Communications

Develop and maintain tailored marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, welcome packages, newsletters, marketing emails, and blog content.

Update attorney biographies and client engagement workflows.
4. Digital Marketing & SEO
-
Lead internal digital strategy: SEO, blog content, internet advertising, and website optimization.

Use AI tools for creating written and video content, including backlink placement.

Improve online visibility and lead quality.
5. Vendor & Platform Oversight

Oversee vendors managing the firm’s website, social media, and newsletter.

Monitor and engage on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Ensure regular content updates and timely performance from external vendors.
6. Events & Outreach
-
Coordinate marketing events, monthly webinars, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities.

Represent the client at relevant community and industry events.

Organize promotional materials, client gifts, and firm-hosted events.
7. Reporting & Budget Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing tracking and reporting.

Monitor marketing spend and campaign performance; make budget recommendations.

Keep all marketing documentation organized and accessible.

Lead weekly marketing meetings with stakeholders and foster a collaborative marketing culture.
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

At least 2 years of experience in a marketing-focused role.

Proficient in Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
