Our client, in the diabetes care management space, is looking to add a Content Specialist to their team for 3-month project. This person will be responsible for leading the digitization of their clinical education content. They will ensure that it’s accessible, engaging, and digestible for patients. This is a remote role working EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend a patient education platform that aligns with business goals
- Lead the organization and cataloging of existing clinical education assets (primarily webinars and long-form recordings)
- Guide the enhancement of content into short, digestible formats for patient consumption
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to re-record or repurpose content, ensuring consistency in tone, format, and accessibility
- Help implement a lightweight, scalable video production workflow
- Partner with Marketing Ops to launch and test the selected platform
- Define best practices for future content updates, tagging, and measurement
Who You Are
- A content strategist, or digital experience expert with experience building or managing educational content libraries
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration – especially across clinical, marketing, and customer experience teams
- Comfortable guiding conversations around platform selection, usability, and digital workflows
- Strong project manager who thrives in a build-and-launch environment
- Bonus: experience working with health education, behavioral content, or health tech, but this is not required
