Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support participants in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. These roles involve assisting clients with housing processes, answering inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation within program guidelines.
This is an exciting ongoing contract opportunity that is onsite in Downtown Miami, FL and requires fluency in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to participant and landlord inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Assist with annual and interim recertifications and documentation collection

Schedule and conduct participant briefings and explain program requirements

Support client moves, rent calculations, and housing assistance processing

Maintain accurate records and update participant files in internal systems

Help resolve issues between tenants, landlords, and the Public Housing Authority

Ensure compliance with HUD and agency policies
-
Obtain HCV Specialist certification within 120 days of hire

Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computer systems

Ability to manage confidential information professionally

Dependable with regular attendance
