Location: Bloomington, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri)
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (for the first few weeks)
Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client, a leading manufacturer in Bloomington, MN is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support their international client base. This role is temp-to-hire with growth potential and a strong benefits package upon conversion. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable in fast-paced environments handling high call volumes and order entry.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle 100-120 calls/day and process 15+ orders/day

Track and coordinate international shipments, including customs paperwork

Input customer orders, service requests, and returns in ERP system (Syteline)

Provide accurate pricing, availability, and warranty information

Communicate shipping updates and delays to customers

Assist with invoice inquiries and escalate when needed

Support front desk operations and enforce visitor procedures
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
3+ years of customer service experience

Strong typing skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications:

ERP experience (especially Syteline)

International shipping knowledge

Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, or Italian
Work Environment:
This is a fully onsite position in Bloomington, MN. Occasional exposure to manufacturing areas may require PPE. Candidates must be comfortable sitting, standing, lifting up to 10 lbs regularly, and occasionally more.
