Our client, a growing company in Burlington, MA that specializes in all-natural pet food is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Administrative Assistant for a 4-6 week temporary assignment. This in-person role runs Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, starting as soon as possible. The office is pet-friendly, with dogs occasionally present, so comfort with animals is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls; take detailed messages
- Greet and assist office visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
- Handle mail and packages, including FedEx and UPS
- Maintain kitchen supplies and cleanliness (refill coffee, unload dishwasher, etc.)
- Support HR with conference room scheduling
- Help set up and break down company events
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience
- Friendly and polished communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable in a pet-friendly environment
- Willingness to pitch in with a variety of office tasks
