Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a reliable and energetic Office Coordinator for a temporary, full-time opportunity located onsite in Midtown Atlanta. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations across multiple floors, including facilities support, supply coordination, and backup front desk coverage. The assignment is expected to run through September 1st.
Daily Responsibilities:

Restock office and kitchen supplies

Maintain organization of shared spaces, including pantry and storage areas

Assist with conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and lunch service

Monitor and support cleanup of office areas throughout the day

Provide occasional reception coverage, greeting visitors and assisting as needed

Collaborate with the Office Experience, Events, and Concierge teams to ensure smooth office function
Who We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles

Outgoing, positive, and able to take initiative
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Professional, mature, and detail-oriented
-
Willing and able to be on your feet for most of the workday
Schedule & Compensation:
-
Work Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional early starts (as early as 7:00 AM)

Assignment: Contract role through September 1st

Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)
