Event Staff –
Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA | Saturday, August 23rd, 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM
$20/hour | ✨ Fundraiser for Boys & Girls Club of East LA
Join the team for an exciting evening celebrating Mexican spirits and culture! We’re hiring 3-4 personable, dependable event staff to support registration and guest experience at this vibrant tasting event (last year’s attendance: 550+ guests). No experience required-just a positive attitude and great customer service.
Responsibilities:

Greet guests and scan tickets using iPads

Distribute wristbands based on ticket type and check VIP access

Hand out VIP gift bags during early entry

Help manage water station setup and goodie bag prep

Assist with check-in for brand partners and comped guests

Light physical setup (no heavy lifting)

Dress Code: Neat, all-black casual (shorts OK; no offensive graphics)

Arrival: 2:15-2:30 PM (account for parking)

Shift Ends: Around 8:00 PM (paid full shift even if released early)
