We have an exciting opportunity for our client, a direct marketing organization, who is looking for additional support during their busy season! In this Project Coordinator role, you will be the primary point of contact for sales teams to conduct direct mail campaigns. Attention to detail, time management, and prioritizing daily work are critical to success in the role. This is a contract position starting in August until December depending on volume. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to go onsite to the West Chicago location twice a week with the core working hours of 8:30-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Captures all dealer requested details for each campaign, working with Creative, Data, and Production to in-market each individual direct mail enrollment
- Ensure all information is captured on the enrollment forms; work with Sales team to gather all needed info
- Oversees implementation ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely execution
- Ensures that all requests are handled in a timely manner
- Work with various internal and external data and reporting partners to ensure accuracy
- Ensures all processes are documented
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related or customer service, project management, or administrative experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understanding of project management principles, such as organization, timelines and documentation.
- Strong communication and administration skills are essential and able to interact with staff/colleagues of varying levels
- Able to prioritize work, and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong computer skills, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus
- The ideal candidate would be a self-starter and would require minimal direct supervision
