We’re seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing and Sales teams of a reputable organization in Bannockburn. This part-time hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a support function, communicates well, and can work independently after training.
Hours: 16-24 hours/week | Assignment Length: 6-8 months
Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices for payment and assist with budgeting/coding

Manage paperwork for national and regional congresses

Provide access to platforms such as Mediafly and Diamond

Reorder and manage promotional materials inventory

Support marketing and sales teams with various administrative tasks

Ensure smooth execution of internal processes related to events and seller enablement
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting a marketing or sales department

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

Reliable and self-sufficient once trained

Professional communication and time management skills

Experience with invoice processing, budgeting, or event paperwork is a plus
