Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – Phoenix, Arizona (field-based – travel required weekly for the role, 3-4 events weekly on average – mileage reimbursed)
Contract-to-hire
Hours: 40 hours per week (occasional weekends required)
Compensation: $25-$29/hour (contract)
Position Overview:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Phoenix, Arizona. This field-based position is responsible for promoting community engagement through educational outreach, presentations, and recruitment initiatives. This role’s main focus is attending 3-4 events (on average) a week in the efforts of increasing donor registration for the program/company nationwide. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about connecting with diverse communities and inspiring public involvement in a meaningful cause.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute presentations, awareness events, and outreach activities to engage and educate the public.

Build and maintain relationships with community members and partners to encourage participation in recruitment efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams to recruit, train, and retain volunteers for both one-time and ongoing opportunities.

Conduct interviews, screenings, and training sessions to ensure volunteers are well-prepared for their roles.

Coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth execution and alignment with engagement goals.
Performance Expectations:

Achieve a monthly goal of registering 445 individuals through outreach and recruitment activities.

Maintain accuracy of event projections (projected vs. actual participation) within 90%-110%.
