Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage delinquent HOA accounts

Communicate with homeowners regarding outstanding balances and resolve account issues professionally

Accurately enter and update account data, correspondence, and case progress in internal systems
-
Assist with preparing legal documentation to support collections processes
-
Collaborate daily with two clerks, two paralegals, and an overseeing attorney
-
Follow established processes and protocols-no need to reinvent the wheel

Coordinate with the legal team to ensure timely and accurate case handling
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in collections, legal administration, or data entry
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfort working in a collaborative team and taking direction

Tech-savvy-experience with systems like Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, or Front is a plus

Paralegal certificate or a degree in business, law, or finance is helpful but not required
