A national law firm seeks a CRM Strategist to join their team.
|
The CRM Strategist will manage and optimize the firm’s CRM system |
|
(InterAction) and email marketing platform to support business |
|
development and communication initiatives. This role involves |
|
coordinating with IT and external vendors to ensure systems align with |
|
industry best practices and remain well-maintained. The strategist will |
|
also lead efforts to design and implement an experience database, |
|
collaborating with marketing and practice teams to build and standardize |
|
records. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, supporting |
|
marketing campaigns, conducting research to enhance contact |
|
intelligence, and staying current on new technologies. The position |
|
requires collaboration across departments to support broader marketing |
|
objectives. Other general marketing duties may be assigned as needed by |
|
management. |
|
Strong client service orientation with the ability to multitask and work |
|
independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational |
|
skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in |
|
managing workflows and prioritizing multiple projects. Exceptional |
|
command of English, including spelling and grammar. Strong computer |
|
skills, including Microsoft Office, InterAction CRM, and proprietary email |
|
marketing tools. |
