Our team is seeking a highly motivated Helpdesk Analyst to join our on-site IT Service Desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast paced, service-oriented environment with strong mentorship and professional development.
- Serve as a point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance, including Tier 0/1 issues such as password resets, application access, and basic hardware/software support
- Accurately log and triage tickets in ServiceNow with appropriate detail and categorization.
- Follow standard operating procedures for issue resolution or escalation to Tier 2 Engineering teams as needed
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and assist in asset tracking and deployment.
- Delivery friendly, responsive customer service, maintaining professionalism even under pressure
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for recurring issues and knowledge base updates
