Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Staffing & HR Business Partner for a contract-to-hire position located in Atlanta, GA.
This role specializes in leading staffing execution, workforce planning, and talent development for the Americas Division. The position involves acting as a workforce strategist, HR problem-solver, and trusted advisor to help consulting teams thrive and deliver impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to adjust based on business needs.
Daily Duties:
* Partner with leaders across the Americas Division to strategically manage staffing needs while balancing business goals, employee development, and team engagement
* Monitor talent supply and demand to proactively identify gaps, surpluses, and potential roadblocks before they impact operations
* Resolve staffing challenges with thoughtful, flexible solutions that address both short-term needs and long-term goals
* Collaborate with global staffing colleagues to ensure efficient and effective deployment of resources across teams and projects
* Coordinate staffing for interns and early-career hires, ensuring smooth integration and robust development opportunities
* Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner by supporting performance management, coaching, development planning, workforce budgeting, employee engagement, employee relations, and culture initiatives
* Track and report key metrics such as utilization, chargeability, learning and development, and skills data to guide staffing decisions and highlight opportunities
* Align staffing decisions with learning, development, and performance management processes to drive continuous growth
* Act as the go-to contact for staffing and HR-related matters while identifying process improvements that enhance team effectiveness and the employee experience
Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of experience in staffing/resource planning, workforce management, or project operations-preferably in consulting or a professional services environment
* Proven background in both staffing and HR Business Partner roles
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; natural relationship-builder and trusted advisor
* Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on execution
* Genuine interest in talent management, team dynamics, and building a high-performance culture
Additional Details:
* Environment: Hybrid – typically 3 WFH/2 in-office, with flexibility to shift based on weekly business needs (occasional weeks may require more in-office presence)
