Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Client Intake & Conflicts Specialist to join a Texas based law firm. In this role, you’ll support the firm’s new business intake and conflicts processes. You’ll work closely with attorneys, staff, and clients to facilitate smooth onboarding and conflict resolution. This opportunity is full-time, direct hire, and hybrid following a 90-day introductory period.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conflict of interest searches for new matters and lateral hires
- Analyze search results and provide feedback to attorneys
- Maintain accurate client and matter data in the billing system
- Create and manage matter numbers for various accounts and workspaces
- Coordinate with Records Department on matter closures and transfers
- Respond to inquiries from attorneys and staff regarding intake and conflicts
- Assist with special projects and maintain strict confidentiality
- Support administrative tasks to uphold the integrity of the conflicts database
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years’ of experience in new business intake or conflicts of interest in a law firm
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp Open, or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
