Job Title: HR Coordinator – Focus in Talent Acquisition (Contract)
Position Summary
Beacon Hill’s client in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their HR team on a contract basis through the end of the year. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in recruitment and human resources. The role will support the Talent Acquisition department with key recruitment functions including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, career fair participation, and pre-screening candidates.
Key Responsibilities

Review resumes to ensure minimum qualifications are met and manage candidate dispositions.

Post job advertisements and assist with applicant tracking system (ATS) processes.

Schedule and coordinate interviews across various departments.

Utilize job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to source and increase candidate pipelines.

Plan, coordinate, and attend career fairs and networking events.

Pre-screen candidates and support strategies for identifying and attracting top talent.

Assist with administrative recruitment tasks and projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience; OR

High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience.
