Job Title: Operations Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Primarily Remote) – Saint Paul, MN (must be within a commutable distance)
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $23/hour (contract-to-hire)

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data for a variety of applications, including Portability, Conversions, and Continuation.

Research and resolve problems using sound judgment.

Follow up on missing information through professional correspondence, templated communications, or phone outreach.

Monitor and respond to the team inbox, fulfilling customer and client requests.

Maintain department quality, security, and service level standards.

Deliver professional, customer-focused service to both internal and external clients.
