Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a contract position located in Atlanta, GA.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the North America Talent Acquisition team as a trusted partner in driving experienced hiring. In this role, you’ll own the full life cycle recruitment process, collaborate with business leaders across multiple divisions, and play a key role in shaping a positive candidate experience. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in-office, with flexibility depending on weekly needs.


Daily Duties:
* Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies for experienced hiring
* Optimize job postings, recruitment marketing, and sourcing campaigns to attract high-quality talent
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring laws (EEOC, OFCCP, DOL) and uphold company hiring standards
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and resume review to interviews and selection
* Develop proactive pipelines for mission-critical roles across Healthcare & Life Sciences and Americas divisions
* Collaborate with HR Operations to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
* Contribute to special projects that enhance recruitment technology, processes, and candidate engagement


Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services supporting experienced hires
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to leverage data for insights and workforce planning
* Skilled in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools
* Independent self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and manages multiple stakeholders effectively
* Service-oriented with the ability to provide “white glove” candidate and manager support while setting realistic expectations
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills


Additional Details:
* Work Environment: Hybrid – typically 3 days remote / 2 days in-office (may occasionally shift to 2/3 or 1/4 based on business needs)

* Assignment: Contract, open-ended

* Pay Rate: $40-$44/hour
