Are you interested in working for an exciting, challenging, and fast paced financial services company in the self-directed care space?

There are currently two openings for this company: A Payroll Implementation Manager and a Payroll Operations Manager! Both are direct hire and are hybrid, located in Mesa, Arizona. They are each paying around 100k with a 10% annual bonus.

Payroll Implementation Manager Requirements:
– Bachelors in Accounting/Business or equivalent work experience
– 3-5 years of previous management experience
– Experience with system Implementations
– Strong people skills

Overview:
– Oversees the development of standards for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes
– Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the performance of their department
– The implementation and maintenance of operational controls and vendor profiles
– Team of up to 10 people
– Assist with day to day payroll operations
– Customer service oversight and improvements
– May have up to 10 direct reports

Payroll Operations Manager Requirements:
– Bachelors in Accounting/Business or equivalent work experience
– 3-5 years of previous management experience
– Experience in day-to-day payroll operations
– Knowledge of payroll tax

Overview:
– Manage a team of payroll specialists, including hiring, firing, mentoring, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
– Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
– Perform payroll reconciliations and audits
– Address payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies
– May have up to 10 direct reports
