Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Gaylord, MN (Full-Time, Onsite)
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 + 5% bonus

Overview
Beacon Hill’s client in Gaylord, MN is seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner to support plant leadership and employees. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, this onsite role will focus on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR project support. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and combines hands-on execution with strategic HR insight.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.

Administer leave programs (FMLA, short-term disability) and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, and employee development.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Support engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational changes.

Process terminations and handle unemployment claims.

Collaborate with the HR team to provide seamless support.

Flexible schedule including 2 days per week from 11:00am-7:00pm as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment (required).

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance.

Proficient with HR systems, ERP/HCM, and MS Office.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
