Administrative Assistant (Contract)
Location: San Francisco, CA 94104
Start Date: September 4th
Assignment Length: 6-8 weeks
Compensation: $37.00-$48.00/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a polished and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide support within a fast-paced professional services environment. This temporary role will work closely with senior leaders and collaborate with a team of administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations during a leave coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with two other administrative professionals to support senior-level executives.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking through Concur.
- Process and reconcile expense reimbursements accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with overflow administrative tasks and provide flexible support where needed.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and other logistical support for multiple bankers.
- Uphold a highly professional atmosphere and act as a reliable team resource.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in an administrative role within a professional services, financial services, or corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Concur (or similar systems) for travel and expense management.
- Must-Haves:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of polish and professional presentation.
- Experience supporting investment banking professionals is a strong plus.
Work Environment
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility for 8:30 AM start)
- Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday-Friday
- Dress Code: Business professional or business casual (no jeans)
- Company-issued laptop provided on day one
