Our client, a Loan Agency based in East Austin is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team. This is a temp to permanent position with a 3-6 month trial period before going permanent. The hours are onsite, Monday through Friday from the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This role pays up to 24hr based on the candidate’s experience.
What You’ll Do:
· Provide customer support in-person and over the phone, handling account questions, payments, and loan documentation.
· Assist with processing loan applications and reviewing customer information.
· Support branch operations with reporting, compliance, and client communication.
· Step in as a leader on the team when needed, assisting with training and oversight.
What We’re Looking For:
· 4-5+ years of customer service experience with strong, stable tenure.
· 2+ years of experience in loans, finance, or a related field.
· Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a finance or loan company is strongly preferred.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office.
