Job Responsibilities:
o Primary support for the transition team when new clients are onboarded
o Communicate with clients (where needed) during transition periods
o Prepare client documents, open client accounts, setup client instructions
o Maintain CRM system (where needed)
* Corporate communication and organization
o Create and update internal forms and DocuSign templates
Job Requirements:
* Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
* Client Service experience, preferably in Financial Services
* Desire to obtain FINRA registrations – SIE, Series 7 & 66
* Potential travel to other branches or offices
* Can be trusted to keep sensitive/confidential information secure and maintain discretion
