Recruiter – Manufacturing & Engineering
Location: Fully Onsite | Maple Grove, MN
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 (Depending on Experience) | Permanent Role
Beacon Hill’s client in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of recruiting and ATS management experience to join their growing HR team. This is a fully onsite role that will focus on hiring top talent in manufacturing and engineering while building scalable recruiting processes to support the company’s rapid growth.
Job Summary
The Recruiter will play a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts, with responsibility for full-cycle recruitment, ATS management (Paycom), and external recruitment partnerships. This position is ideal for a collaborative, self-starting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering, manufacturing, and other critical roles.

Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Build, manage, and optimize the Paycom ATS, ensuring efficient processes and a positive candidate experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for outside recruitment partners and agencies.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.

Establish recruitment relationships with universities; represent the company at campus events.

Maintain and enhance consistent, inclusive, and accurate job description documentation.

Provide recruitment metrics, insights, and reporting to HR leadership.

Stay updated on best practices and trends in recruiting for the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Partner with HR team members to ensure recruiting aligns with workforce planning and company culture.
Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
Experience:
-
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing and/or engineering recruitment.

Proven experience building or managing an ATS (Paycom strongly preferred).
Skills:

Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small HR team.

Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance in recruitment.

Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments is preferred.
