Requirements:
FL Pharmacist License
2+ years of pharmacy experience
Responsibilites:
-Review and evaluation of all prescriptions and the assurance of accuracy in the patient’s prescription record
-Perform quality assurance for completed compounds.
-Final inspection of all packaged drugs prior to dispensing to the patient.
-Clinical management of the patients and checking the final products made by the Pharmacy Techs.
-Perform Drug Utilization Review of all prescriptions received
