We are looking for a Temporary Laboratory Technician II to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to directly support the development and qualifications of products that play a critical role in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
As part of the New Product Introduction and Process Engineering teams, you’ll contribute to the validation of components and products used in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. Projects may include hands-on work with fluid management component testing, automated burst testing, and tensile testing from products from our global network.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare test samples and perform qualification testing.
- Collect data, record results, and execute experiments with precision.
- Operate calibrated laboratory equipment such as tensile testers, leak testers, and peristaltic pumps.
- Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure high-quality results.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Create layouts for components used in testing, setup, development, and manufacturing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working safely and independently with laboratory or industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to document test results accurately.
- Skilled in generating tables, reports, and summaries of test findings.
- Ability to organize and plan your work independently.
- Proven track record of safe, effective equipment operation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Access and CAD software is a plus
