Our client, a healthcare organization, is looking for a candidate in a part-time capacity to help with the Front Desk. This role supports the Operations Team by maintaining confidentiality while helping clients access services in a customer friendly manner.
The ideal candidate has a friendly, customer-facing personality while being able to navigate problems quickly. This is a part-time role with the hours of Wednesday and Thursday 1-8pm and Saturdays as needed. Other days may be added if coverage is needed.
Responsibilities:
· Implement and monitor projects as directed by management and see the projects through to completion.
· Perform front desk duties on an on-going basis including answering/responding to telephone calls, scheduling client appointments, collecting client fees and other supporting documents, distributing agency mail, and completing opening and/or closing procedures.
· Perform confidential administrative support functions including written correspondence, data entry, and client record requests.
· Assist in agency’s Staff Development activities.
· Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate.
· Create/revise agency policies/procedures/forms, as needed.
· Respond to questions and requests for information.
Qualifications:
· At least a year of office experience with High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Cooperative attitude, team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
· Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, and Excel
· Excellent organizational skills with knowledge regarding all aspects of client records/maintenance
· Excellent customer service orientation
· Demonstrated ability to function with deadline pressure
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignment with correct priorities
