Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Member Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract position with a global nonprofit leader in cell therapy. This is a remote role that requires travel across Georgia and Alabama.

This position specializes in building relationships, expanding registry participation, and organizing awareness and recruitment events. The role involves community outreach, public speaking, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive registry growth and increase diversity within the national registry.

Daily Duties:
* Establish, build, and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, businesses, and schools
* Represent company at awareness events, celebrations, and recruitment drives across Georgia and Alabama
* Educate prospective volunteer donors about the registry and donation process
* Collaborate with internal teams, transplant centers, and community partners to achieve enrollment goals
* Plan, organize, and deliver mission-focused events (live and digital), including event logistics and volunteer activation
* Recruit, supervise, and support volunteers for community engagement activities
* Communicate companies mission effectively through public speaking, presentations, and outreach
* Track, report, and evaluate engagement activities and recruitment outcomes

Ideal Candidate:
* Prior experience in sales, volunteer recruitment, or fundraising strongly preferred
* Passionate about companies mission with the ability to inspire and influence others
* Strong public speaking and communication skills, with cultural competency to engage diverse audiences
* Highly organized, self-starter, and goal-oriented with strong work ethic
* Comfortable multitasking, pivoting quickly, and making autonomous decisions
* Thrives in a fast-paced, mobile role that requires frequent community interaction (not a desk job)
* Live on the West side of Atlanta for travel between Georgia and Alabama (including Birmingham and Tuscaloosa) preferred
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Position Details:
* Location: Remote (with travel in Georgia & Alabama)
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some evenings and weekends
* Duration: 6-month contract, with potential for conversion to full-time
* Compensation: $20 – $25/hr
* Conversion Salary: $70,000-$78,000 annually, plus quarterly 10% bonus based on goals achieved
* Training: Full training provided, aligned with organizational training calendar
* Travel: Required, including some overnight stays
* Software: Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
