Title: Pega CDH Developer
Location: Stamford, CT (Onsite 4x per week)
Type: 6-9 Month Contract-to-Hire
Interview Process: 2 rounds (1st round is highly technical with an assessment)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pega CDH Developer to join our team and play a key role in driving customer engagement strategies through advanced decisioning capabilities. This role starts out as a developer with the potential to grow into the Pege Development Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Credit and Collections Systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), solid programming skills, and the ability to integrate data-driven logic into scalable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions leveraging Pega CDH to enhance customer engagement and optimize decisioning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine personalized decision strategies.
- Configure and manage Next-Best-Action, Decision Strategies, and Engagement Policies within CDH.
- Utilize Python for scripting, automation, and integration tasks within Pega applications.
- Apply SQL expertise for data manipulation, performance optimization, and supporting decision strategies.
- (Optional) Leverage Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduling where applicable.
- Support production deployments and troubleshooting, ensuring high reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega CDH, including Next-Best-Action Designer, decision strategies, and customer engagement optimization.
- Pega certifications required (Certified Pega Business Architect, Certified Pega System Architect, or equivalent).
- Strong Python development experience for automation and integration.
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Apache Airflow experience for workflow automation/orchestration.
- Prior experience in credit, collections, or customer systems within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
