Our client, a dynamic financial services firm, is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join their NYC headquarters. This position will support in all HR areas, but primarily focus on benefits administration, on and off-boarding, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with employment-related legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of HR-specific experience, preferably in professional or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with US employment laws related to health insurance, leaves, overtime, and payroll.
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits platforms.
The pay for this role is $40-$55 an hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
