Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions

• Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions

• Communicate with healthcare professionals and respond to provider inquiries

• Supervise and execute prescription transfers

• Perform drug utilization reviews (DUR) and identify opportunities for clinical intervention

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)

• Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing

• Experience with pharmacist dispensing, verification, and clinical judgment
