Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Facilities Coordinator (Contract-to-Perm) to support a premier corporate office relocation project in Nashville, TN.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in decommissioning an office space and assisting with the start-up of a new warehouse facility. The role begins as a short-term contract with strong potential to become a long-term position. In this role, you’ll manage vendor coordination, facility operations, and daily support activities while working in a highly professional, client-focused environment.

Daily Duties:

  1. Coordinating vendor activity for the office decommissioning and warehouse launch.

  2. Managing mailroom operations and secure delivery processes.

  3. Supporting financial tracking and purchase order management.
