Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership. This fast-paced role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing top-tier executive support. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and professional presentations.

Screen communications and handle inquiries with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects.

Anticipate executive needs and proactively streamline workflow.
Qualifications:

5+ years supporting senior executives (healthcare or corporate experience preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience with travel, expense reporting, and AV support is a plus
