Position Description
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating support initiatives, and guiding the product development process to ensure internal GenAI Platform meets business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
– Serve as the primary liaison
– Conduct weekly syncs to review current status and address queries.
– Facilitate stakeholder input in developing the use case roadmap.
– Monitor and manage shared inbox for stakeholder communications.
Support Material Updates & Advanced Use Cases
-Coordinate with the development, data science, and product owner teams to provide technical outputs tailored to stakeholder requirements (UI access or API Integration).
-Organize advanced support use cases, including dedicated Webex chats.
Essential Support Use Cases
-Oversee initial onboarding and knowledge transfer sessions.
-Maintain dedicated chat channels for developer inquiries on admin support (API, UI) and general support.
-Monitor general and admin user support Webex spaces to ensure timely and effective support.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech environment.
-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to manage and prioritize product backlog effectively.
-Experience with stakeholder management and user-centric product development
