About the Role:
We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our accounting team in Raleigh. You’ll work closely with a personable and collaborative team to support billing operations.
This role is ideal for someone polished, professional, and eager to be part of a friendly, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:

Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with billing guidelines and internal policies.

Collaborate with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.

Utilize e-billing platforms such as CounselLink, Tymetrix, or Serengeti.

Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate billing records.

Manage and prioritize high volume billing
Requirements for the Billing Specialist:
✅ Must-Haves:

2+ years of billing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, or similar).

Experience working with billable hours and e-billing platforms (CounselLink, Tymetrix, Serengeti, or similar).

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

A polished, professional demeanor and desire to work collaboratively with a personable team.
