A consulting firm in Lake Forest is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative, logistical, and personal support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings or travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents (digital and physical)
- Run personal errands and perform tasks such as booking appointments, reservations, dry cleaners, or shopping
- Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external contacts
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage household staff and vendors
- Prepare reports, presentations, or documents as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant supporting a C-level executive
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and trustworthiness are essential
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Valid driver’s license
