Front Desk Coordinator
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $17/hr
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and deliver an exceptional workplace experience. This role is vital to creating a welcoming, professional, and safe environment for associates, visitors, and guests. As the first and last point of contact in the building, the Front Desk Coordinator sets the tone for the day by providing excellent service, support, and engagement. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist associates, visitors, and service partners upon arrival and departure.
- Manage visitor sign-in, issue badges, and ensure compliance with building security protocols.
- Provide wayfinding, answer general inquiries, and assist with basic building or access needs.
- Support building operations through walk-through audits, submitting and escalating work orders, reporting safety/security concerns, and assisting in emergencies.
- Provide feedback on the workplace experience to enhance overall environment and services.
- Support occasional on-site events, including meeting room setup, catering coordination, AV/IT troubleshooting, attendee assistance, and post-event reset (at select locations).
- Partner with building services teams to ensure a smooth, professional workplace experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in front desk, reception, concierge, or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, executives, visitors, and service partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to learn visitor management and building-specific software.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in high-traffic areas.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods while providing visible, attentive service.

Schedule
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Shift A: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
- Shift B: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm
