Senior Paralegal

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support complex litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle. This role combines advanced litigation support with team coordination, mentoring, and workflow management in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assign work to paralegals and legal support staff.
  • Support all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, arbitration, and appeals.
  • Prepare, file, and organize legal documents and court filings.
  • Conduct legal and factual research and compile findings for attorney review.
  • Review and verify legal citations, authorities, and supporting materials.
  • Manage case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, and document workflows.
  • Coordinate trial exhibits, transcripts, and hearing materials.
  • Communicate with courts, counsel, clients, experts, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Mentor and train junior legal support professionals.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of paralegal experience.
  • Blue-book Cite checking
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, trial preparation, and appellate practice.
  • Experience with court filing systems, legal research platforms, and case management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdiction litigation matters.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trial support experience.
  • Experience mentoring or training legal support staff.
  • Class Action, Mass Arbitration, or complex litigation, strongly preferred.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Paralegal certificate preferred.
Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000, plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Based on experience and alignment with job requirements.
